For $595 you will receive:
- An on-line assessment questionnaire that compares your practice to best practices in eight key areas. The assessment generally takes under an hour to complete and the results are e-mailed to you immediately and copied to one or two other parties.
- Practice Management Consultant Al Depman will call to schedule a 90-minute telephone discussion with you and a third party of your choice. This person is someone who will be helping hold you accountable in implementing the action steps.
- During the call, we will identify these top action steps that will have the most immediate and meaningful impact on your practice. We will also determine what resources are available to implement the steps.
- A follow-up 2-page report that recaps the key discussion points is then e-mailed. (Sample attached)
- Optional consultative services are available for an additional fee if you desire a coach for ongoing implementation and accountability strategies, or would like additional resources for managing your practice.
